Dear parents,

If you have applied for admission to a state or municipal kindergarten but your child has not been accepted, you can apply for compensation from the municipality at your current address.

To do so, you must:

• ·         Have a contract for education with a private kindergarten;

• ·         Submit an invoice certifying that the fee has been paid.

Our team will be happy to provide you with the necessary documents and assistance to submit your application to the relevant district administration.

The tuition fee shall be in full amount and shall include:

• The costs of the learning process.

• The child's food costs, including morning breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, and afternoon breakfast.

• The costs of paramedical aid with a full-day presence of medical staff in the kindergarten.

• The costs of accident insurance for students.

• Activities with qualified teachers of Music, Physical Education, Art & Crafts.

The amount of the tuition fee for the school year depends on the chosen payment option as listed in the table. The enrolment fee is paid when signing the contract. It applies for newly enrolled children only. It is a non-refundable fee.

The educational materials fee is determined for every school year and is paid when signing the contract. It applies to all children. It is a non-refundable fee.

Warranty payment - part of the annual tuition fee – is paid when signing the contract. Applies to all children. In case of early termination of the contract, the warranty payment is non-refundable.

The first installment of the tuition fee for the school year is due by April 30. 

When enrolling a second or subsequent child from the family in a school year, a discount of 5% of the annual fee applies.

The tuition fee shall be paid in EUR or the BGN equivalent according to the BNB exchange rate announced on the day of payment, by bank transfer.
